What makes me qualified to help you?

My name is Lisa Tennant and I’ve been a Non-Executive Director for 8 years. I secured my first Board role at 34 and since then I’ve held a wide portfolio of Board positions across the public, private and voluntary sectors, specilaising in Digital Strategy and Transformation. I’m straightforward, knowledgeable and passionate about getting great women into life-changing Board roles.

My Coaching Approach

I’m a Gestalt trained coach which means I help you to stay present with your experience and we work with what is, in the here and now. I come with a mindset of curiosity and openness and I have a non-judgemental stance plus a strong growth mindset. I have several years’ experience coaching and mentoring Executives, prospective Non-Executive Directors and serving Board Members.

How long: 1 week depending on how quickly you can redraft

I look at your current CV. We have a call where I ask you questions to draw out the information needed for your Board CV. I will then make comments on your first and final drafts.
